CARE REFRESH IS A NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEM, ONCE CODES HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
FEATURES
Provides two replacement units for an additional charge in one year for accidents, such as water damage or a collision, letting you fly with peace of mind.
For DJI Care Refresh (Mini 3 Pro), the first time replacement fee is NZD $199, the second time replacement fee is NZD $209. There is one flyaway replacement with an excess fee of NZD $479.
Rewards for Safe Flight, throughout the service period, if any replacements services have not been used, DJI will provide customer with a one-year warranty extension as reward.
Please Note:
DJI Care Refresh can be bound to your DJI product when it meets one of the following criteria:
1) Brand new and un-activated product
2) Aircraft or gimbal activated within the last 48 hours.
3) Handheld device activated within the last 30 days.
* If your craft has been activated for over 48 hours you can follow this instructional video at the bottom of this page to verify your craft is in good working order and still eligible for DJI Care Refresh.
Each time you request a replacement, you’ll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

TWO REPLACEMENTS, TOTAL PEACE OF MIND
For an additional charge, DJI Care Refresh offers up to two replacement units within one year and covers accidents such as water damage, crashes and collisions. These replacements will be in new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

THE DJI CARE REFRESH REPAIR PROCESS
Ferntech will handle the entire process when claiming a replacement under DJI Care Refresh.
The first step is to get your damaged item back to us. Please contact our helpful team at support@ferntech.co.nz and they will provide details on how to get your product back to us.
Once an assessment has been completed we will select the cheapest option to either have your product repaired or replaced under your DJI Care Refresh policy. Please let us know if you would like to have your product replaced even if a repair is cheaper.
Return shipping fees back to your address are covered by DJI Care Refresh.
*We require your product to complete the Care Refresh process.
DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from New Zealand. DJI Care Refresh only supports aircraft purchased from official or authorised channels.

If you want to purchase DJI Care for your aircraft which is activated over 48 hours, you can take the DJI Care video verification. To accomplish the video verification, please follow the guide below and visit DJI Care Customer Upload portal.
FLY AWAY (DRONE NOT RECOVERED)
Care Refresh now offers 1 x fly away cover if your drone is not recovered. To have flyaway cover active you will need to bind your craft and remote controller to your DJI account by following this video.
If you do need to lodge a flyaway case you will need to lodge a flyaway report through the DJI Fly application and then contact support@ferntech.co.nz.
