Reference Number
We issue a return (reference) number which you can use to get updates on your drone repair status

Inspection Fee
The customer will need to pay $80 + GST inspection fee. We will provide an extensive report and a repair quote if the drone needs to be repaired. If there is a warranty related issue, we will refund the inspection fee.

Repairs
Once you're happy with the quote and inspection report, we will go ahead and do the repairs. Please allow us 7-10 working days to carry out the repair process.
